When an incident occurs, the first thing to do is stay calm. If it's not very severe, no one is injured, or the car can still drive normally, and both parties can agree, including if the other party has insurance, you can exchange claim forms (incident confirmation forms) by... 

1. Check the car's license plate number on the other party's claim form to ensure it matches their car's license plate number. If it doesn't match, contact your insurance company, but if it does, proceed to the next step. 

2. Fill in your details on the document and record your damages and those of the other party, ensuring they match for both sides. 

3. Sign your document and the other party's. Indicate who is at fault or not at fault in the respective fields. If an agreement cannot be reached, follow the traffic police's opinion. 

4. Exchange incident confirmation documents with the other party and then you can go your separate ways. 

5. Take the exchanged documents to contact your insurance company within 7 days to protect your rights, claim compensation, and have your car repaired. 

6. Request a new document from your insurance company for future use. 

Note: In severe cases or when an agreement cannot be reached, contact your insurance company immediately. Every time you notify the insurance company, ask for the employee's name and ID number, as some companies have thousands of employees, which will make it easier to follow up.
